It's not hard to do the math - the more people who take the #OLDMATE pledge, the more we can improve the mental health of Old Mates around the country. So why not encourage your mates and family to take part?

Uniting social support programs provide opportunities for older people to enjoy social interaction in the comfort of their own homes or within their local community.
So, if you don't have an 'Old Mate of your own', volunteering with Uniting is a great alternative. Volunteers support people to participate in activities that interest them, heading out for a coffee or a meal, or enjoy a v [ ... ]
